06-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On last occasion, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 25.02.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45121 of 2019.

Vide order dated 25.08.2021, a report with regard to present stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is running at the stage of final argument of defence and likely to be concluded within a period of one month. Considering the progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
