2. The present contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed in CWJC No.5048 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the State has filed a supplementary show cause stating therein that in paragraph-3 of the show cause that the reasoned order has been annexed which is Annexure-1 to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No.4.

4. It appears from the record that the order of this Court has been complied with, so no case is made out for initiating the contempt proceedings.

5. Petitioner, if so advised, may challenge before the appropriate forum.

6. Accordingly, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
