ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved with the order of dismissal dated 07.08.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffrpur in Complaint Case No. 3277 of 2012. It has been submitted on behalf of the complainant that the Magistrate had considered the complaint though he was holding the trial and hence the order under Section 203 Cr. P.C is bad in law.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.998 of 2013 (4) dt.05-05-2015 However, having looked into the allegations in the complaint petition, I find it is not fit to sustain and hence is rejected.
