JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed an affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the case of the petitioner for issuance of passport has been closed, inasmuch as criminal cases are pending against the petitioner, nonetheless, it is submitted that in case, the petitioner applies afresh and produces copy of the Court order, qua the said criminal cases, permitting him to depart from India, the concerned authority shall definitely consider the case of the petitioner for issuance of passport on merits. It is directed accordingly.
