The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the informant's Scorpio, parked in front of Ram Lakhan Singh School, Akbarpur was found missing. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The Scorpio, in question, parked on the road, is said to have been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case.

No. 33710 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
