Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30229/2021.

The trial court report reveals that the case is fixed for appearance of the accused. Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got criminal antecedent of 13 cases.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
