This is an application filed under Sections 273 and 276 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 for probate to the WILL dated 27/03/2000 in the goods of "Late Shavitri Devi (deceased), Wife of Late Rajendra Thakur, Ward Shevika, Military Hospital, Danapur, permanent resident of Village-Ranjulal Tola, P.S.-Mokama, District-Patna", who died on 01/05/2000.

After some lengthy arguments, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw this application without any liberty to file afresh.
