JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-07-2018 This application under section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed against the order dated 15.07.2017 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Munger by which he has dismissed the application preferred by the petitioner under section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the application charges have already been framed and the trial has proceeded ahead.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submitted that by now two witnesses have already been examined and other witnesses are likely to be examined soon.

4. Having regard to the advanced stage of the trial, I am not inclined to interfere with the order under challenge.
