The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The informant alleged that the gang of criminals opened fire in which Ajay Paswan was injured. During the course of investigation, it has come that the petitioner was also one of the members of the gang who made firing. The persons, who were present at the time of occurrence, did not disclose the name of the petitioner but later on the name of the petitioner figured in the case and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.08.2015.
