The petitioners seek revision of the judgment dated 23.11.2002 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada in Cr. Appeal No. 31 of 1997 by which he has affirmed the conviction and sentence in passed in G.R. No. 1633 of 1995 Tr. No. 626 of 1997 by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada. On going through the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application. However, in the interest of justice the sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision is dismissed.
