The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.60 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, it is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made Katta and two live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2019.

Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
