The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 47/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354-B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35145 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2021 2/3 It has been alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioners had refused to vacate the premises belonging to the informant where they were residing as tenants and also assaulted and abused her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a dispute between the landlord and the tenants and only because the petitioners had requested for some more time for vacating the house belonging to the informant that this case has been lodged.

The injury suffered by the informant are stated to be simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substances.

Considering the afore-noted backgrounds of this case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa,
