ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 4.3.2003 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Banka in Case No.281 of 1989, by which he has declared the possession of the private Opposite Parties on the disputed lands.

Considering that the proceeding is of the year 1989, I find no justification for interference in the matter. The application is dismissed.
