The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting to the informant by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

For the alleged occurrence of 08.05.2022, F.I.R was instituted on 23.05.2022 without explaining the delay. There is counter version of the occurrence also. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.02.2023. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one. Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti (Bakharpur) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2022.
