JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Singhiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that similarly circumstanced co-accused Lalu Yadav has been granted regular bail by this Court vide an order dated 25.04.2013, and according to the petitioner there is no specific overt act alleged against him, the petitioner is said to be in custody since 18.12.2014, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46614 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2012. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
