The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR which finds corroboration during investigation by the Investigating Officer of the case, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
