2. This is the fourth attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 588 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 342, 366A, 376DA, 120 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the has been rejected thrice vide orders dated 25.05.2022, 19.07.2023 and 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6636/2022, Cr. Misc. No. 45840/2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 25267/2024 respectively.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2020 and all the witnesses have been examined and the case is pending for defence argument.

5. Considering the fact that all the witnesses have been examined and the case is pending for defence argument, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order.
