The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Aslam @ Juhi who disclosed that he had sold the stolen vehicle to the petitioner but the stolen vehicle was not recovered from motor garage of the petitioner. Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Sumant Ranjan, J.M.-Ist Class, Patna.
