All sections are bailable in nature except section 354C of the Indian Penal Code.

Moreover, there is only allegation against the petitioner that he along with others assaulted the informant and confined her in a room.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj District Madhepura in Udakishunganj P.S. Case no. 51/2015.
