The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37350 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 petitioner that petitioners and the informant are agnates and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Moreover, the injuries of the informant has found to be simple in nature. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
