ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 30.5.2003 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Criminal Appeal No.382 of 1989, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 17.3.1989 passed by the S.D.J.M., Bihar Sharif in G.R. case No.1489 of 1984 (Trial No.841 of 1989), by which he has sentenced the Petitioner to undergo R.I. for one year. It has been submitted that the Petitioner had remained in custody for about five months.

In such circumstances, the period of sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application is dismissed.
