2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(5), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, some work of the C.O. office was being done in the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that the petitioner, being the landlord, was not required to know exact nature of work of the persons who have taken the house on rent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, custody of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the landlord, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali/concerned Court below in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025.
