====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case allegation against this petitioner is realizing illegal money from local peoples for restoration of electric-meter, wire, pole etc. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is patently absurd.

No.35081 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019.
