JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 Enough opportunity has been given to the petitioner to ventilate her grievance regarding her non-selection as Anganwari Sevika. The Court basically has to ensure while exercising power of judicial review, that opportunity was given and proper consideration was made.

From the pleadings and evidence, which have emerged during adjudication before the authorities below, there are certain glaring facts which obviously cast doubt on the authenticity of the certificate which the petitioner is trying to use for begetting the advantage of engagement as Anganwari Sevika.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8769 of 2014 (2) dt.22-09-2016 Court is not sitting in appeal over the facts. Therefore, writ application is dismissed. No interference is warranted with the impugned order, even though it may be a short and cryptic one.
