The petitioner seeks bail in Sonepur Rail P.S. Case no. 69/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 403 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confession of co-accused.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case no. 69/2014.
