Patna High Court LPA No.131 of 2016 dt.15-02-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 9806 of 2009 remained unsuccessful.

2. Learned counsel for the State points out that L.P.A. No. 181 of 2016 (Ashok Kumar v. The State of Bihar & Ors.) filed against the order passed in CWJC No. 9806 of 2009 stands dismissed on 05.12.2016.

3. The present appeal arises out of the order passed in review application wherein learned single Bench has found that there is no error apparent on record.

4. In view of the limited scope of consideration of the civil review, we do not find any merit in the present Letters Patent Appeal. Consequently, the same is dismissed.

5. We may notice that none appeared for the appellant, even on the last date of hearing.
