2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.522 of 2021 dt.20-08-2024 2/2 that some of the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed, but some of them have not been considered as yet.

3. Considering the facts aforementioned, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh and detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Banka (respondent no.8) along with the supporting documents for redressal of the grievances, as mentioned in the representation within three weeks from today and respondent no.8 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel.

4. It is made clear that District Programme Officer (Establishment), Banka (respondent no.8) shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
