That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to give the benefit of assured career progression scheme to the petitioner counting his service from the date of his joining i.e. 10th December to the post of Forest Extension Worker till the date of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.1074 of 2018(6) dt.25-08-2023 2/3 retirement from the post of Forest Guard i.e. 31st December, 2014 for which period the petitioner was given regular salary in the same scale and the petitioner's pension has also been fixed counting his service from the date of his joining to the post of Forest Extention Worker till the date of his retirement from the post of Forest Guard and further direct the respondent to decide the issue which is not decided by the respondent and did not give the benefit of assured career progression scheme to the petitioner and other similarly situated persons and further direct the respondents to pay all the benefits from the due date to the petitioner and for grant of any such other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Environment and Forest Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioners, before the respondent no.2, within a period of six weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking

Patna High Court CWJC No.1074 of 2018(6) dt.25-08-2023 3/3 order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter, considering the Government Resolution dated 27.05.2013, issued under the pen and signature of Additional Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, which shall also be annexed to the representation as also considering any other Government decision to be enclosed by the petitioners.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
