This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 16.01.2014 passed in Case No. 3013 of 2013 whereby the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad, has converted the proceeding under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. into under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C. arriving at conclusion that there is bona fide land dispute, therefore, it could not be decided summarily, under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality in the impugned order for interference with the same. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
