JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the name of the petitioner was given by the informant on mere suspicion. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail custody since 15.6.2015.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
