JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.01.2020, passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.10714 of 2020(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
