2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 493 of 2023 registered under Sections 498-A, 307, 506 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted informant with iron rod, on account of which, informant sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of informant and due to family feud, some altercation took place. The present case is counter blast of Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 496 of 2023 which was lodged by petitioner against informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has neither demanded any dowry nor tortured or assaulted informant. The doctor has found the injury
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41101 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 493 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
