JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the deceased was got admitted in hospital by her in-laws but unfortunately, she could not be saved and died in the course of her treatment. Moreover, co-accused Meena Devi and Sushma Devi have been admitted on anticipatory bail by this Court. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
