The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Amas Police Station Case No. 41 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the son of victim, who in his written complaint has stated that his father had gone to see the Jagya on 25.02.2017 at about 11.00 PM in the night and informant suspects that petitioner and other associates strangulated his father because he always objected to selling of liquor by the petitioner.
It has been submitted that petitioner has no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36879 of 2017(5) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, Distt.- Gaya, connection with Amas Police Station Case No. 41 of 2017.
