The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and Tat Yadav are alleged to have fired which hit on the back and elbow of the informant. It is submitted that the injury report shows that the informant got small black and red patch on right shoulder and one abrasion on right elbow. The doctor found one cut injury on right scapula measured 6"x6" another is elbow injury. The doctor kept the opinion of the injury reserved. The informant did not get himself examined in any hospital nor final injury report is submitted.

No.44836 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts that the injuries appears to be simple in nature, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Munger in Sessions Trial No. 110 of 2015, arising out of Tarapur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014.
