The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting by petitioner and other coaccused persons, due to which informant sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case.
