Petitioner happens to be nephew of the informant and it is stated that petitioner and his other family members were instrumental in negotiation of marriage of informant's daughter who later on, was found missing when went along with her husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bangaon P.S.
