2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the husband of informant with lathi on his abdomen.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Due to petty dispute between the parties the occurrence took place. Moreover, there is delay of five days in lodging of the FIR.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner caused grievous

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
