It is expected from the Director, FSL, Patna, Bihar to transmit the report forthwith in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2013, Trial No. 46 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, West Champaran, Bettiah.

It is expected from the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of three months. Considering the commercial quantity of recovery, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

Let the order be transmitted to Director, FSL, Patna and learned Additional Sessions Judge III, West Champaran at Bettiah.
