2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"I. For necessary direction upon the Respondent Authorities to consider the case of compassionate appointment of the Petitioner as her husband died in harness on 04.12.2018 and submitted her application for compassionate appointment on prescribed Performa on 10.05.2019 but till date her case has not been considered by the Respondent Authorities. II. For necessary direction upon the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner on any suitable on compassionate appointment as the husband of the Petitioner died in harness on 04.12.2018 and the Petitioner is being his widow is facing hardship in maintaining the family of the deceased employee.

3. Petitioner's husband is stated to have died in harness on 04.12.2018.

4. Arising out of aforesaid factual aspect, petitioner submitted application for compassionate appointment before the concerned respondent. The concerned respondent has not acted on the petitioner's representation in considering appointment on compassionate ground, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to be appointed on compassionate ground or not? Such a decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observation, writ petitions stands disposed off.
