Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Darauli P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the prosecution side causing injuries to five persons. The informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46706 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 and other persons have sustained grievous injuries. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, above named. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed on behalf of petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, above named. Considering the fact that the petitioner no.4 is a lady, her anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner no.4, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
