Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023 registered for the offences under sections 376 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code, section 4 of the POCSO Act and sections 3(1)(R)(S)(W)3(2)(V)(A) of the SC/ST Act lodged on 13.02.2023 by the informant, Dumri Devi. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that the petitioner entered into physical relationship with her minor child and later when she became pregnant, got her aborted. Accordingly, the FIR.
