The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 439/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Sarita Devi, mother of the informant and also shot. One cut injury was found on the left forearm and other incised wound was also found. The injury found on the scalp is 7"x1/4" caused by sharp edged weapon.

It appears that there is a counter version being Supaul P.S. Case No. 440/2014 and from the side of the petitioner also many persons were injured. The petitioner is in jail since 16.04.2015. He

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44331 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 has already remained in jail for five and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.
