Victim has already returned and her statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded. Victim has, nowhere, stated about any ill-treatment meted out to her at the hand of the petitioner. Moreover, she accepted in her statement that when her some acquaintances noticed her along with the petitioner, she went to police station.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, and Ist Class, Begusarai / concerned court in Fulwaria P.S. Case no. 47/2015.
