JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 This case has come up under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in the cause title of the petition, inadvertently, name of the district of the petitioners has been mentioned as "Samastipur", whereas, it should have been "Darbhanga" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 20.07.2017 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the petition with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34124 of 2017 (4) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 regard to name of their district.
Accordingly, cause title of the order dated 20.07.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of "Samastipur", it should be read as "Darbhanga". Further, in the cause title, in place of „P.S.-Kusheshwar Ashan', it should be read as "Kusheshwar Asthan".
The order dated 20.7.2017 is modified to the extent indicated above.
Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.271 of 2016.
