This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 25.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45690 of 2016, whereby petitioner was granted bail subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be a close relative or family members of the petitioner who shall file affidavit before the concerned court giving complete genealogy to show his/her relationship with him and the other bailor shall be the father of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that father of the petitioner has already died.

In above view of the matter, let second condition i.e., "the other bailor shall be the father of the petitioner" stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9969 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 deleted from the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the order dated 25.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45690 of 2016 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
