The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. From the shop of the petitioner Munna betel store 120 gms. of Ganja was recovered. Smaller quantity of Ganja was recovered from the shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail since 28.07.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhepura in Sri Nagar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015.
