The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rohtas P. S. Case No. 92 of 2013 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that the wife of the petitioner is alleged to have been killed in her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage and the dead body was found from inside the house having burn injury as also other marks of injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
