2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 428 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2) of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, the informant has alleged that while he was coming on his motorcycle, six miscreants intercepted him and at the point of knife, snatched certain documents and other articles before fleeing. However, while escaping, one motorcycle was left behind and upon enquiry, it was found to belong to co-accused Chandan Kumar.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and except the confessional statement of co-accused Tribhuvan

5. On the other hand, Mr. J.N. Thakur, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that co-accused Tribhuvan Kumar, in his confessional statement, has stated that it was the petitioner who called him.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 428 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. The petitioner will appear in the court on each and every date fixed by the trial court till framing of charges.
