JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Lalit Singh who shot the informant's daughter dead. Moreover, co-accused Mritunjay Singh and Shankar Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
